If you asked for a store credit, you will directly receive an email with an electronic gift card number to the value of your return & return shipping will be provided free of charge.
If you asked for a refund of your original form of payment, please know that there will be a charge for the return shipping. It may take 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Kindly note that it is your responsibility to return the product in acceptable condition. If your returned item is damaged (whether by you, or during transit), we will have to apologize in advance for not receiving the full product value.
